This restaurant has a very nice environment, a very posh feel to it and very friendly and comfortable. Me and my partner went for the vegan option, i got the vegan curry and my partner got the veg mushrooms burger and both meals were full of unique flavours. This venue also have a nice selection of cocktails and wines. The waiters here are very attentive and friendly, excellent customer service guys and thank you all. Vegetarian options: This venue has its own vegan menu Kid-friendliness: I would say this place is child friendly Wheelchair accessibility: I saw the guys here take a ramp out for someone in a wheel chair
First time here. Nice vibe to the place. Staff very attentive and top up drink frequently. Food was served at a good enough speed with good space between courses. Food was very good too. Prices are fairly reasonable we paid £250 for two people but for what we got it was money well spent. We will return again
Came here for a family birthday lunch and the service was flawless. As the weather was drizzling we didn’t have to drag our coats to our table and was placed in their small closet for this purpose. The atmosphere was buzzing and can see all ages are welcomed so not to feel intimidated. The salt and pepper squid was onviously presented in a way that gave the illusion there was more inside the goblet but it was enough for a starter. The fish and chips I would have again as the fish wasn’t dry and the chips were piping hot throughout the whole meal. I’ve only ever really dined at the Chelsea branch but here would be the next nearest location to me locally.
Took a friend for a special treat. Food was ok though not outstanding but it was very cramped. Additionally having had two courses we decided against dessert but my friend ordered a coffee and I ordered a glass of wine but we were told that the table was reserved for someone else. At the time of booking we were not informed we had a limited time spot so it was really annoying. For that reason alone would probably not go again
Food was great and the portion sizes, they were slightly busy which I appreciate but seating took a little while although staff were apologetic, service also took quite some time to get our drinks and food in but again no real complaints, just make sure you leave plenty of time when going there to eat, drink and enjoy. Oh and cocktails were absolutely delicious
The Ivy Wimbledon Village is the best of all the Ivys in London. Credit to its excellent management, staff & chefs. This is my neighbourhood’s top restaurant & having been here several times - its consistency across service, ambience, food & value is fabulous. The zucchini friti & arancini balls were my fav bites - starters of scallops & mushrooms & the duck liver parfait were very well cooked. Had the most tender pink venison & the shepherd’s pie was out of this world. The chicken Milanese unfortunately was slightly dry but didn’t ruin our experience. Waiter Miguel was superb & friendly. We had a fab time! Highly recommended!
A grand restaurant - delicate food, good service, a little bit pricey. We came for a brunch. Ordered a main each, a drink and a side to share. The food was amazing and the service was great the waitress came to check whether everything alright a couple of time and we never left waiting. The bill was on the pricey end, as one course with a drink came £28 per person. Recommend to come for a good occasion!
First time coming here for me and it was lovely. It was my daughters birthday and she picked the Ivy, her and her friends love it here! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we had to change tables when we got there to add more people. My daughter got a cute little chocolate dessert for free for her birthday, she loved it. Would definitely come back and highly recommended The Ivy!
Had a great time with my family for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Table was well-prepared in advance of the time of our booking. The wine list and menu offered great variety. The food presentation and quality of food were superb. Whilst the prices were not cheap the quality made everything worth the price.
We had Afternoon tea and they did a fabulous job catering for our dietary requirements gluten, dairy, vegetarian. We did call ahead, so I recommend doing the same, if needed. The alternative food was good but occasionally a bit dry. Apart from some longer waiting times, the overall experience was good with kind service.
