Extremely rude staff. Hardly any seats downstairs so I asked to go upstairs but was told it's not open. The only table available was a squash. A family just paid to leave so I told the waiter I would take that table and we sat down. It took them a while for to tend our table only to be rudely told off that I should not have taken the table before it was cleared. I explained that I told his colleague that I would take the table and he didn't ask me to wait until he cleared it. They were slow in clearing the table, then another waiter came and again rudely told me off for taking the table without it being cleared first. Again I explained. Somehow I was told off by two different staff for breaking their rules without even knowing the rules. We had to leave after seeing such behavior. It is totally unacceptable.

great place. we sat upstairs which was quite and cooler than the main the floor.

Went there with work colleagues for lunch time,we seemed to be the only people,waiter did not smile, you get less discount than the one on the Broadway and waiter and manager refused to give a discount with a tastecard for 2 people and the remaining discount for the rest of the group. Would not pay tips but they add 15% to each meal to a group of more than 7.Food was tasty but bad service overall, hardly a thank you and made you feel nothing as a customer
