The best and wonderful restaurant in town. They welcoming friendly, with my husband we had an anniversary dinner, and it was the most impressed experience we ever had. All the food was delicious. Also us a gluten free person I can tell they pay attention about it. The service are professional! Definitely we will back again!
I was in the mood for some steak and fries and thought I'd finally try cote in Wimbledon. The service was friendly and fast, the decor was nice. I expected a bit more for the price of the sirloin and fries, as the taste of the steak was alright but the fries were a little limp and were not a lot. I'd suggest looking at other places for a decent steak and fries.
Our first visit to this Cote sadly Parsons Green & Fulham Broadway closed. Recently refreshed menu and decor not as dark, but still the classy, French brasserie Cote feel. Good for children nice entertainment pack and catered well to my Coeliac wife gluten free. Really good service when we went. Quite a large venue compared to the others we’ve been too lots of covers. Highly recommend, merci!
Visited for a work Xmas party in the evening. Lots of other work Xmas party going on so the restaurant was fully booked and very busy. The staff were very organised, we had pre- ordered our food for the night. I had a prawn starter which was a few cold prawns with a slice of hard bread and a green sauce and salad - a light starter, not very tasty. Other options were pate, salmon. Mains- I had steak which was very delicious and cooked well, came with chips and a small salad. There was a turkey Xmas dinner options but I have never enjoyed turkey. I had the meringue/cream stacked dessert - mont blanc, it was very very sweet, difficult to eat. The staff looked after us well and it was very well organized and ran smoothly. A good Xmas vibe and accommodating for large group Xmas meal bookings.
Delicious place for dinner. I went at herewith my family for the first time and all was Outstanding. Without to know, Cote was celebrating the 15years of the Brand. Congrats ! Service was amazing, food was appetizing and delicious, and the place with the team has a great atmosphere. We will definitely come back. Thanks to the team and Carolina who welcomed and served us!!!!
Great breakfast, took a while to arrive but was really nice and not too heavy, i highly recommend. Staff are also very polite and inviting and match your vibe as much as they can, not too busy in the mornings only 2-3 people, very good vibes and good food, again i highly recommend cote in wimbledon villageRecommended dishesFull English Breakfast Without Beans
Breakfast. Have been coming here for years for breakfast and it's always reliable. Very good staff, friendly and attentive. Always a nice atmosphere inside with good decor and layout and service is always good and on time. Menu is good, enough without being too much. Food is always up to scratch and nice and the coffee is very good. I would give 5 stars but for me that means amazing food and whilst the food is very nice and you wouldn't be disappointed, it's not 5 star amazing.
Had a really lovely experience here for our 20th Anniversary, which I "may" have mentioned on the booking form! Our lovely friendly waitress, who has served us a few times, brought us a generous, complimentary glass of fizz as we ordered. Later in the meal she also gave us a handwritten anniversary card from the staff at the menu, and our desserts were lit with celebratory candles! Really kind and much appreciated. The food was excellent as ever. We tend to favour Cote because my husband is a vegan and their selection is always good. Highly recommended, we'd say this is the best restaurant experience to be had in Wimbledon.
The restaurant is nice and cosy. It was quite busy but the food is very nice
Really disappointed- I’ve been coming to cote restaurants for around 10 years at least. We popped in for a late lunch today and had a warm welcome with our 18 month old son. However despite asking us about specific timings for our starters to coincide with our sons main, they decided to bring all of our meal in one one go, presumably to move us out of the restaurant more quickly. We were not offered steak knives with our steaks, we were not offered condiments with our sides, i had to eventually ask. And we were asked to pay for a set menu for our son despite only getting a main course. My steak was also over cooked and tough. I moved recently to Wimbledon and was so excited about trying this cote as I love the chain but this one was extremely disappointing. At no point did anyone come and ask us if everything was okay, even at the end of the meal. It was just the complete opposite experience to what we have had in the past and I visited st Christopher’s place two weeks ago. I will not be visiting again and will not recommend to friends.
