I’ve already done a review but then read some of the others who complained about breakfast. It’s a continental breakfast which was great. At other hotels you don’t get bacon, beans eggs.there was plenty to choose from. For Continental it’s was lovely. Thank you. As for someone saying only 1 lift working well that’s one of the things that cannot be helped at times. I’d recommend to anyone as it’s clean, friendly and great breakfast. What more could you ask for? If you want more then go to the Ritz and pay their prices. Price was fantastic and all around great hotel and staff. Room was big and clean. Lynn the lady doing breakfast was so lovely and helpful and brought my daughter a birthday card as I’d mentioned it was her birthday. You don’t get that elsewhere. Thank you so much. I’ll be there again soon. Can’t fault you.

Very average hotel that for £145 a night should offer a lot more. No free WiFi is a big mistake, especially at those prices. Rooms are undistinguished and for some reason the tea making facilities were in the wardrobe!! On the plus side the breakfast was better than expected and it is of course very convenient for the convention centre being literally a stone's throw across the car park but that's no excuse for overcharging and under delivering.

No Internet signal. Lovely place but rooms are freezing. Aircon only works on cold. On the upside the manager moved us to an upscale room at the Holiday Inn next door

The hotel is really nice the staff are there 24 hours if u need them the breakfast is not bad we went out to look for a cafe n had proper breakfast

Room was ok, comfy bed. Easy check in. Issue with the shower, no door for the shower section and the water went straight out onto the bathroom floor. No mats down so created an unsafe environment when stepping out. Breakfast was poor, only hot food available was baked beans and bacon. Couple of cereal options but that was all. Not at all what would be expected, and the worst I have come across in my experience of many hotels across the UK and Europe. I wouldn't plan to stay in this hotel again for these reasons.
