Location was good for what I needed. Reasonable price, clean rooms and nice staff. The only issue I found was the rooms weren't very quiet. I could hear people walking around upstairs and it was really exceptionally loud. I think if I wasn't a solo traveller I wouldn't have been okay with it, I just dealt with it with headphones myself.
Very nice and helpful staff on reception. Very nice and hey cleaners. Convenient location. Simple basic rooms to sleep. Shower room is looking tired, could do with a spruce. Free parking. Price good.Rooms: 4/5
Surprisingly nice for the cost! Paid £45 on the same day and honestly can’t complain about much. We did however have some light staining on the pillows but were obviously cleaned so mixed emotions about that. But would recommend as a stop if you need somewhere to stay for the night.Rooms: 4/5
Budget hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was good. No issue with the quality of the hotel. Beware of getting a parking ticket! Despite registering my full details via the link you are sent as part of the check-in process and being reassured that the parking was free - I received a £100 parking ticket from ParkingEye. Contested it, sent off all evidence of my stay including bank statement to show payment in full - my appeal was rejected. Would have happily given more stars for the hotel, but the parking fine spoiled the stay. Be careful and triple check. Don't want anyone else falling into this trap.
Room was clean enough, staff were friendly, beds were comfy. Only thing which couldnt be helped was the noise from people outside. Otherwise a lovely stay
Nice clean hotel in great location and next to services so food and drink close by. Only major downfall was the noisey generator outside room that could ne heard throughout the night. It was like having a tractor running in your hotel so no sleep at all unfortunatelyRooms: 4/5
The best thing about this hotel is definitely the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, from the cleaner to the Receptionists. The hotel itself is quite dated and badly needs à good deep clean and a lot of refurbishment to bring it up to a respectable standard. It could also do with soundproofing between floors. For the duration of our stay, we were kept awake at night by constant noise from the person in the room above ours. The worst thing about the hotel was the WiFi. The hotel is advertised as having free WiFi. However the only time we were able to access the WiFi was for an hour on the first night of our stay. From then on we kept getting error messages on our laptops and mobile phones and, despite the efforts of the Reception staff, there was no more WiFi for us. That could be quite a problem for business people who choose to stay there
The venue was beautiful, rooms clean and artistically decorated. The staff were very hospitable and welcoming. It's a place I personally recommend to anyone visiting Telford. And again it's has value for money. Thanks for making my stay comfortable.Rooms: 5/5

Lovely location good price and very lovely staff. But the rooms were not wel maintained , Very dusty fan, coffee mugs were dirty with previous use, this was unbelievable.Rooms: 2/5
