My first time to this sauna and I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and courteous and we were shown around by Terry. Thank you Terry . A great choice of food and drinks which we enjoyed. The place was very clean throughout and there was a very relaxing vibe throughout the entire venue. Clientele were lovely and I shall definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.
Been going this sauna 3+ years I usually have a laugh and a decent time in there. On Saturday 8th of June. one particular staff member not sure of his name as I've never seen him there before he was absolutely disgusting, his attitude behaviour and the way he went on and conducted his self as a member of this business! It is a shame as I usually get along with the rest of the staff and have a laugh with them... I ordered a burger asked for salad which the burger had no salad on at all!! whilst sitting in the bar waiting for it was bantering with another gentlemen.. as time went on I ate and I asked for 2 cans of diet cokes, as I went to walk off he said no please, no thank as I went to respond and hadn't even finished my sentence he told me to get out and that I'm barred and threatened to call the police on me, he also lied and said he was a high end manager there, also lied and said the man who I was bantering with had put a formal complaint in about me which was confusing as the guy was making him a topic of discussion with the other lads about his attitude and how rude he was.. I then asked what is his issue with me, he didn't explain and was very dismissive told me he doesn't want to hear anything I had to say! He then called security from another building told them that I was the aggressive one from the beginning. Which the security could see that I was very calm and couldn't understand why he had called them.. he Then tried to play innocent as security came and played the role as a victim. Also stormed towards me pointing his fingers at me,nnHe clearly had a Vendetta towards me from the minute I stepped in. I had heard nasty stories and seen reviews about this place but have always brushed it off as again I have attended this place for more than 3 years.. 4 days on and I'm still highly upset about this. Something needs to be done. I don't need to be banned as I wonder be attending there EVER AGAIN!!
Went over the bank Holiday, was nice drive up and the place has a good size car park, the place in size is like a maze, it so big , must be the biggest sauna I've been in. I didn't have any food But it smelled well nice,lots of guys about and most was very fit.I Want to go back when nice weather and lay on the roof top bit. Would highly recommend this place if looking for a male sauna.
So clean & so well managed.nThe Greenhouse was fabulous fun this Sunday. The pool & hot tub were at the right temperature, with no shortage of fresh laundered towel. Delicious Sunday lunch served in the bar area.nWhat really struck me was the “vibe” friendly locals & all very open to chat & mingling. Shout out to Adam working the bar this lunchtime, friendly, fit nice bloke.
I've had a great Wednesday at the Greenhouse 13/03/2024. I have the respect for all staff at the Greenhouse. I know my behaviour isn't been very good a few weeks ago. It's due to me getting stabbed on the 17/12/23 at home. That's the why I haven't been myself lately and I shouldn't take it out on others. I love Terry very much he makes me laugh. I'm sorry for what happened a few Wednesdays ago.
