Every time I go here something isn't working! This time it was the steam room. Not happy. The place could do with a good clean. Looks tired. I won't venture into the jacuzzi or the swimming pool for fear of catching something. Yes, there's a lot of facilities but the entry fee is way too high. £19 - it's Darlaston a tatty suburb of Walsall not Chelsea! It's practically London prices - without London standards of satisfaction. Such a pity Unit 2 closed down in Birmingham city centre.

Stopped going here 6 years ago due to Darren’s rude and vile behaviour, along his vile little side kick Adi! Went back yesterday for the first time foreign guy on, looked at me like I was dirt no please or thank you, this rudeness was maintained through out my visit in the end I left . Young lad on who was really polite and helpful. Darren should have been sacked years ago! Owners are aware but have done nothing, talked to other guys and they are all saying the same thing. I will not be going back !

Great place - spotlessly clean just needs a few tweaks  Steam room - lower one far too hot to sit in Sauna - not hot enough  Signage - needs to be slightly better  Transvestite’s should be kept to one area and keep one cruising area for men as doesn’t appeal to all  Free wifi - can’t get signal in changing room, need to invest in extender.

Fantastic establishment that maintains high standards of cleanliness and service. Food is fantastic and good value, staff are friendly and helpful, it’s also worth trying the very affordable hotel rooms at the back. Overall couldn’t rate or recommend highly enough!

Been coming here since I was 18 now 36  , love this place had a lovely weekend here stayed in the cabins at the back which was comfortable nice bacon sandwich , staff very helpful and friendly and clean :

Dirty overpriced RUDE STAFF! They film u on cctv even in the jazzuzzi n dark rooms

Was there last night and met some really hot guys, cant wait to go again, especially naked wednesday! Definately recommend

I came up from Swansea  over the bk holiday  stayed  Saturday  night  room was not the best  ‍ Sunday  morning  had a chat  to the staff  excellent  customer service  from them especially  Charlie  top man    10 /10 for customer service  thank you   ‍

lots of action here nice pool wish greenhouse in Newport was as good

Great place realy taxing on the body got a real workout here    great service got a free massage too
