At One Day Spa is a boutique independent day spa just a stone’s throw from Colmore Business District in Birmingham city centre.

Our beautiful modern yet classical treatment rooms are set in the mezzanine level of the Victorian “Great Western Arcade”, removing you from the noise and hustle of the city streets, to a peaceful haven.

Our team of highly trained and experienced therapists deliver expert treatments using only the best products.

It's small and with limited facilities, don't be expecting a pool, steam room etc. It not a place to go and spend the day,  but by far the best massage I have ever had (twice). The staff are very friendly, chat thought the treatment and do an amazing job putting in loads of effort to make sure you have a great experience. I can not recommend this place enough, just brilliant.

I had the mum to be package which was brilliant. The staff were friendly and the spa is very clean and relaxing. Loved the massage and facial and a lot of time and care went into my pedicure.
 Thank you, I will definitely be returning!

A facial is an essential beauty treatment for my face. There are so many beauty salons and styles of facial available in Birmingham. I tried almost all the salons in Birmingham City Centre, by far, I enjoy my time At One Day Spa Birmingham the most. The salon offers customisation service, which tailors to my skin condition. I particularly, like the Bio Surface Peel Dermalogica Facial as it never fails in delivering cleaner, healthier, more radiant-looking skin. Besides, a Reiki session with Beth after the facial always makes the spa day a true indulge. :) I highly recommend At One Day Spa for those who are looking for a proper facial in Birmingham.

Very organized, clean, professional, and she was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning.

I went for a massage, something I've never done before and was pretty nervous about. But everyone was so friendly and kind, it was the kind of experience that makes you grateful for the people that work here. Love the place and will DEFINITELY go again!
