I visited the leisure facilities and it was really nice. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and I loved the jacuzzi. Definitely recommend this hotel ❤️

Attended a friends party. Great to see some good friends. The venue was great, however the bar staff were lacking in availability (often no staff at the bar). I put this down to management issues with the staff having worked 12hr shifts. Shame as the venue was nice.

The Abbey Hotel is a fantastic complex. Very good food. Excellent facilities gym and swimming pool. Last but not least. A beautiful 18 hole golf course and a very impressive golf range. 5 star hotel and facilities.

Hotel was clean with good facilities. Pool was nice with kids allowed at certain times. We had some mix up with tickets for Cadburys World which we had ordered through the hotel but the hotel did resolve this.

Really bad Service! Stayed again for one night there and this time the ladies working at check-out (3 in total!) were not able to print a proper VAT-Invoice. They tried it several times and got only a printing with "Copy of Invoice", so no original ones. Do not know if the british tax authorities are that slack but in my country they will not accept this invoice, even my employer will not reimburse the costs. So thank you for nothing, I've to pay this shi... hotel by myself. Will never stay there. Customer from abroad who need an invoice should AVOID this hotel! No professionals, just Amateurs.
