This hotel is an absolute must to visit. Great location, rooms were spacious and luxurious,  the breakfast was amazing, spoilt for choice! Everything was clean, staff were so attentive, polite and super professional. Highly recommend ! Will be back again, thank you to all the staff and management for such an incredible experience.

Only went to a function room for a team meeting, food they served was abismal. Breakfast was a bowl of fruit and a plate of cubed flapjacks ?nnLunch was soggy! I've never had a soggy curry but somehow they managed it here at Delta. I didn't eat the rice or pasta options only the meat/veg. The cheese was nice though I think it was some kind of Paneer dish.

Enjoyed my recent stay here - the suite was well sized and priced. Location was brilliant, parking was ideal and staff were attentive! Highly recommend.

Good experience of living. The hotel is well designed with a feeling of classical. The location is pretty near the city centre, you even don’t need to take a bus. The staff here are kind and always ready to help customers. I forgot to take my adapter, but the reception quickly found one for me when I asked for help. I would recommend my friends to choose this hotel when they come to Birmingham.

Great value and amazing facilities.  I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room!  Room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.  The heated towel rack was EVERYTHING!!!  The staff was great and very helpful.  I really enjoyed NOT being able to hear my neighbors.  The only issue was there wasn't a refrigerator in my room, but I was only there for a night.
