We loved our dinner and drink at the Golden Fleece! The chicken schnitzel was fantastic as was the pepper sauce we added. We sat out front with the sunset and lovely view in the hustle and bustle of this cute seaside town. Nice costal interior and there's an open beer garden at the back of the pub.

A lovely atmosphere with families couples and dogs in the rear courtyard. Two young men serving were polite and helpful. My wine was warm the beers were cold. Ice cubes added.

Recommended by a friend as a great dog friendly option. Very quick and efficient server, we were told about any unavailable options straight away which we appreciated. Had fish and chips which were great just note that the fish is smaller than what you'd generally get in a chippy. Highly recommend the half chicken with chips, it was very tasty! I imagine wait times go up during peak season but our experience was only positive! We will definitely be back.

Shocking. I’d expect better food at a budget transport cafe. Obvious a complete change from top management down. We have eaten here for many years, and it’s always been excellent. Not today, a £12.50 Steak sandwich? Look at the photo and decide for yourself. I have honestly never been served anything so bad.

Great food and an interesting choice of real ales. We'd highly recommend the Donut, icecream and chocolate Baileys sauce for dessert - best sweet we've had in a long time! Lovely staff, and a good view across the harbour. We'll be back!
