Friendly staff, Good Food, play both Sky and BT sports. Have a Pool table out the back. Which I think is free to play on Tuesdays.

Popped out Saturday night. Sat in the garden....a bit noisy maybe, but no complaints, only youngsters enjoying themselves. Drinks were good and good service...

The Globe has been refurnished since I last went in a few years ago. It has been tastefully done and has a very good atmosphere there. I have stopped off for many a good coffee served with a large coconut biscuit. The Sunday lunches are excellent and I was most impressed with the variety of meats available and also the price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this pub for a great sunday lunch or indeed any other lunches there. It is one of the best in this area and I should know I have eaten in all of them. There is a small sunny garden, and most importantly for me they are DOG FRIENDLY, always a bowl of water waiting for my dogs after their long walk.
We love the Globe and more importantly the fab staff, who even tho we don't see them often, call them friends. Best Sunday lunches and always a warm and fun atmosphere.
Great pub. Friendly atmosphere and decent prices. Well worth a visit
