Just finished eating our food and and it was outstanding . The quality and quantity was perfect. There was 6 people on our table and we were all very impressed. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The pub was large and well laid out. Clean toilets and great free parking. WiFi is available also. We will be returning and I recommend it to others to go there.
Booked for 2pm, The pub was very busy, live music in the garden with various Bank holiday activities. Our waitress was excellent. We did have a bit of a wait but that was fine with us we were in no hurry, the inconvenience was reflected in our final bill, a couple of items were deducted as a gesture of good will. A nice dining experience. We would return.
Garden is beautiful with gorgeous views out to the countryside, pub has loads of character and a beautiful conservatory where you can sit and enjoy the views, we decided to eat in the garden as it was a lovely day, they have a bar area in the garden which looked new and my husband was impressed with the Ales that they had on tap. Food was lovely, between us we had a range from fish to pie, I had a burger and everyone really enjoyed the food. Price was very reasonable, Will definitely be returning.
Over 10 years since my visit to the Green Man in Offley and it has more then impressed me in the way it continues to serve the community. Plenty of space to sit out in the garden overlooking green pastures with horses or inside as seen in the photos here. The Fish and chips were yummy! Highly commend this outstanding Green Man pub.
The food was absolutely top quality. The beef rib was so tender and fell off the bone. The roast potatoes were perfectly cooked. The service was excellent and friendly We will definitely return.
Amazing scenery, rustic ambiente and gorgeous food, served by a kind and attentive staff. And all of this for quite a fair price. I can warmly recommend the classics from the menu - the steak & ale pie was a blast.
Great garden with a beautiful view + garden has been significantly upgraded since I was here last with comfortable seating and an outdoor bar. Good selection of beers on tap and a nice brunch menu.
Nice ambiance. Lovely seating overlooking the fields. Friendly service. Food is average and nothing special.
An excellent venue with, on this visit, splendid views over the countryside. One is greated with the pleasing smell of a log fire on a winter's day. The conservatory is light and airy and quite warm - the tables in the old building are warm and cosy. If the weather is good there is an extensive garden seating area with tables. The food and drink choices are wide in variety and the food freshly cooked I suspect to order so be prepared for a 'leisurely' meal. I had Venison, which was delicious, but took a while to arrive. Not a bad thing but have a starter to pass the time. Staff are friendly and efficient and the restaurant gets busy but not full midweek so I'd always recommend booking post covid. A lovely experience for a special occasion or catching up with old friends.
Having probably the best roast beef dinner I've had in a long long time. The beef rib was cooked to perfection, the vegetables were the same and well the gravy was rich and tasty. One disappointment was no cheese board.
