A very nice old world pub with 60/70s music staff very pleasant and beer not overpriced would defo go again when in the city,easy to find opposite central station Derek well closed again in lockdown dont know when it will open its February 21st 2021 roll on opening
No you haven’t had one too many, the floor really is sloping . Great traditional Liverpool pub right in the heart of everything that hasn’t felt the need to change as it has just the right ambiance already. Friendly service and decent beer prices.
Pleasant atmosphere and nice lady behind the bar, she came over to have a chat. Would definitely recommend for a nice Guinness
Lovely staff and clients, had a lovely evening there.
It was small and cosy and the barmaid was friendly. The interior was nicely decorated with tiled floors and pictures etc. The pint was nice, and served promptly. The floor has a quirky slope, but I didn't manage to get the reason for it.
Lovely little pub with a snug feel to it. Very homely with a warm atmosphere. Service was efficient and customer centred. No wait at the bar despite being very busy. Decor in keeping with a traditional pub atmosphere. All areas clean and well maintained. Good entertainment and a great range of beers and spirits.

A good traditional pub. A good selection of beers wines and spirits. Can be a bit cramped at times, but that is due to its popularity. Great service.
