What a hidden gem this is booked last min for friends birthday, was a bit unsure but as soon as your greeted by such lovely and friendly staff and shown to your room which was lovely very modern, spacious bathroom, excellent shower, well stocked tea and coffee and even bottled water. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Five from me.
Great place. Very close to the centre and other attractions. Although above a pub, we did not experience any loud noises past 1am due to going on weekdays. The staff were very friendly too. A great place with everything nearby to us, couldn’t ask for more really. Nearby activities: There was lots to do including, Magical mystery tour by the docks, the beatles story also by the docks, cavern restaurant and club a 7 minute walk away and also the beatles museum. there was lots of free stuff as well including the world museum near Liverpool Lime street, Liverpool museum and also many more attractions nearby that were free or inexpensive. Safety: The doors had locks and we had cards. Also 24/7 security from someone on reception. We were told the front doors to get into the hotel would lock at 11pm but no issues as you would just have to buzz and say your name and room number which added to extra security of staff and us. Walkability: The hotel was only a 2 minute walk into the centre and around 5 minutes from Liverpool Lime street station, the docks too were only a 10 minute walk away.
Really great location beside both train stations. Stayed by myself when heading to a course outside Liverpool which it was perfect for. Dealt with Conor and Ben on the front desk and they were really lovely and helpful! I asked to switch rooms for the noise and it was no problem. Really nicely finished comfortable rooms. I'll stay again. Excellent value. Noise to be expected for such a central location but with headphones not a problem.
Perfect location in Liverpool city centre. 5 min walk from Liverpool One, Concert square. Clean and very affordable rooms. Very accomadating staff. Ideal for large groups as they have 6 bed rooms. Walkability: Perfect location, 5 mins to concert square and Liverpool One. Across the road from train station.
Too noisy over an Irish bar loud music until the early hours. Staff wonderful though very accommodating Rooms: Room was great clean family room re my legs being bad had to climbstairs to reception the receptionist put me on the reception level so I did not need to climb any more stairs she made me a lovely coffee on arrival until my room was ready as she had swapped a room onalowe level for me.
Stayed for one night whilst seeing a concert in town. Great comfy room Amazing shower Lovely staff Great location Couldn't have asked for more will be returning thankyou xx
Excellent location in the heart of all the bars and eateries and the brilliant shopping centre right on the doorstep.Young lady on reception was kind and helpful , room was modern and spotlessly clean. If you have mobility issues I'd ask for a lower floor as we had 3 flights of stairs to climb. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return without a doubt.
I stayed for a few days with my brother towards the end of march 2023. We were both impressed at how central and close it was to everything in Liverpool. The hotel had a few restaurants and all the amenities close to it. Transport links were excellent. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. One lady personally did our room gave us extra toilet rolls and extra towels. The room was very well presented, I liked the fact they put free bottles of water, and provided plenty of supplies to make loads of cups of tea. The only downsides were the stairs as u enter hotel or go in esp for those with mobility issues and the beds were a little narrow as me and my brother are big guys. But overall a excellent experience, would definitely book again sometime x
Very handy location and all staff are beyond lovely - they're so friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished and all have TVs, free water, tea and coffee facilities and air con. I think a hairdryer was available but I didn't find it in the room so I guess I had to ask for it, but I went without and that wasn't a problem. The hotel is up some stairs so it's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We were completely forewarned about the music from the bar downstairs which I really appreciated. I wore my earplugs but it still took me a long time to sleep - that said, over my 3 night stay I got more used to it and started to sleep better. My 3 year old daughter didn't notice the noise at all! Good value hotel in a really central location, and I'd happily return.
Amazing room, has good Wi-Fi and equipped with a kettle, coffee machine cool led room lights, TV and an ensuite. Had difficulty with another hotel canceling on us so great. Also really central to Liverpool.Rooms: 5/5
