What chance has the pub got if they can't even cook a basic burger? Jet black burned on the bottom tasted of cardboard. The chicken nuggets aren't nuggets they taste like cheap chicken chunks from Iceland. I'd highly recommend not coming here and if you do take a wipe with you. The Glasses are filthy!

When I visited a couple of weeks ago service was super slow despite it being well staffed. Ended up sitting 40 minutes waiting on the table service. Not very quick compared with other city centre Wetherspoons - maybe consider a different one until Covid-19 restrictions are over because this one seems to be struggling to keep up a bit.

Bar staff were friendly and efficient. Food was very poor, barely warm. Wouldn't eat there again.

Staff are total and utter liers. 2 managers give 2 totally different stories about nonexistent incidents and then cover it up. The real reason was the staff made a big mistake with food orders and they are covering their own backs

Covid19 Safe and Customer friendly. Good menu

Dirty cutlery. Over cooked steak. Burger bun like a paving slab. The gut who served us couldn't apologise enough though
