What a nightmare... meals came wrong, then waited an hour for our meal..meal was awful, dried up and couldn’t chew the gammon..... waited 30 mins + for a drink which was already paid for, worst experience ever
Used this regularly while in Liverpool very welcoming and quick service. Food was always hot and free refills on hot drinks.
Aways a nice place for a bite to eat or a quick drink. During todays visit, parts were closed of and staff were doing. Good to see especially during this crisis. Tables were clean, and relevant government guidelines were in place.
Pub is great, good staff, good drinks and good food. But at the moment the service needs attention. Under new rules you can only stay 2 and a half hours but today took over 1 hour it total to get served and then told to get out

Awful service despite using the app for both food and drinks, pub is woefully understaffed as we waited nearly 25 minutes for drinks despite it not being busy. Food was really good, but you'll die of thirst in here...will NOT be going back.
Poor slow service. Several staff with attitude issues. Hadnt even sat down and asked what am i eating. Couldnt even order a drink while i decided. Told max is 4 pints and have to leave
