Just far enough outside town to be easily accessible, and only a short bus ride to Brighton town centre, this is a great place for an affordable stop over. Friendly staff, and a good breakfast too.

Was not impressed with the place , openly saw lads taking cocaine in the toilets when I walked in to use. Beer was not the greatest and tasted flat. Went for a cigerette out the back garden where the smoking area was, and again people talking about loudly how much cocaine they’ve had that night whilst smoking amongst staff members that were working that night, which can only make me assume that they knew it was happening. Disgusting and will not be returning

Was in a good location for getting in to town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a good breakfast selection. Did not have dinner there. Only issues were the bed kept moving when I was lying on it.

This was our third time at the Hotel for food and the third time they pleased us. The staff are warm welcoming and friendly and they were more than happy to cater for my dietary requirements. Suchlike a wonderful place with great history and warmth, whatever the weather.
