RAW CHICKEN!!!! Iv used this chinese for the last 2 months and always had nice food, however tonight i was served raw chicken in an Egg Foo Young. I wasnt quick enough to get up the stairs and get the plate off my daughter before she ate a portion of it buy the time id served everyones food and sat down then saw this... The food immediately went in the bin and i sent pics to them via online facebook messenger then rang up to speak and ask for a full refund, obviously, Which they gave me the run around for so i drove down to their shop and after 20 mins of standing arguing was STILL not given a refund as first the lady tired to make out that it was actually cooked!! and while arguing in Chinese with another lady on her phone which turned out to be the manager, told me i needed to go home, bring back all the food from my bin then would they give me a refund, so i did just that. I took the food back and the lady tried to take it off me out back BEFORE giving me my refund which i refused, She finally gave me my money back and i handed her the bag left the shop... THEN the manager took to facebook messenger saying that the food i brought back isnt from their shop!!! WOW! time to let environmental health sort this one out. I posted the pics on their facebook page which was quickly removed, so i posted to my own social media instead which was shared all over. Seaburn dene meanwhile tried posting a vid of "My" meat on theuir page saying that it was the meat i returned, i clearly was not! and when people were commenting saying they were liars, they were removing and banning them from their page! They eventually removed the video. i just found out they have a 1 star food hygiene rating and are number 4 in the North Easts Worst takeways!! Needles to say i will not be back in a hurry! This could have all been sorted with a simple apology and refund but they chose not to.

Ordered the garlic and chilli prawns, unfortunately it's actually sweet chilli sauce which I hate. The menu is misleading as it does not mention sweet chilli at all. I was looking forward to a lovely savory prawn dish and instead I got a prawn desert! The chow main that my son ordered was lovely so I had to share his. Very disappointed that mine was not what I was expecting.The menu needs to be clearer.
Absolutely stunning food here...Been ordering from you for a long time..salt and pepper crabsticks are tremendous and I've never seen another takeaway do these or some of the meals you do.. looking forward to many more delicious meals from you

Ordered elsewhere for years and would never try anywhere new until Seaburn Dene Chinese totally changed my mind. Lovely food, friendly staff and reasonably priced when ordering for a family of five x
