The Cricketers Inn

The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The food was lovely and great value for money. Children and dogs are made to feel at home. Really beautiful pub and well worth a visit.

Great friendly atmosphere. Food was delicious recommend the chefs curry. Local beer. Passed the sausage test at breakfast well worth extra cost. Will retyrn

Went with friends for supper and their quiz evening had a great time and food ambience very good.

We fancied a meal out whilst staying down the road at the Holiday Inn - a short drive and we found ourself here. When we got there the car park was quite busy but plenty of space when we got inside, although half of the tables were reserved (Saturday Night!) Plenty of variety on menu and the 2 or 3 course meal option is good value. No advertised childrens menu but they said they was happy to pull anything together... little man got Sausage, beans and chips. Wife got a chilli con carne, and I got a curry of the day (Jalfrezi). All was very nice, although wife mentioned the chilli wasnt as spicy as she was led to believe! Pub itself is very old school, lots of nic nacs around the pub and on the walls / dogs sitting with their owners at the bar etc etc. Overall a pleasant experience!!
