Pastries were good. The coffee was not made well or correctly. I was literally the only customer in the shop. The attendant looked annoyed the entire time I was there. The service was bad and any questions I asked seem to be a problem. She looked like I was bothering her. I would never return, customers should be treated with respect and not if they are pestering you. I asked for a cappuccino and got coffee with cream.
Staff very unwelcoming, it felt like we were a huge inconvenience, which is strange as we were the only ones in there. Tables, chairs and floors were very dirty again, it was empty, so no excuse. After serving us, staff member stood in the front doorway of the cafe, vaping. Coffee was fine, pastry was fine - service appalling and its damaging the business as multiple people walked in and back out.
The women working at the tills was unfriendly, unwelcoming and made me and my sister feel rushed. This lady was grumpy and sighing at every opportunity. Also saw this member of staff being impatient with other customers. However the pastries and coffee were lovely.Food: 4/5
I can understand tourists can be a pain at times but there's no need to be huffing and puffing when serving customers. We are still paying customers and should be treated as such. Coffee wasn't that great either.Food: 2/5
This is my first time eating this bread Taste very good and rich I order a traditional and it totally awakened my taste buds The mocha is the white one, coz clerk said they was sold out of chocolate, and Its taste alao very good!
pretty decent bakery, coffee was quite nice and smooth. pastries were not too bad and the selection was quite broad for both savoury breakfast-type ones and more sweet ones.
Just delicious pasties. I got the spiced cauliflower at it was v hot in temp and packed full of flavour. My wife had the veg on which was also v nice. Quick service, nice people, defo going back.
Extremely rude, condescending and arrogant staff. We bought a take away food and we are only waiting for one of friends because she used a rest room. And instead of professionally addressing whats the matter. She was announcing it to the crowd that we should not stay there because we bought a take away food. If I were knew that there is extra 2 pounds for staying a it whats the fuss? The disgusting manner of this sales lady today makes me sick. Look us down as if we cannot afford any food for 6 pounds?

Visited on good Friday. I was alarmed when the girl who was ordering in front of me was told to shush and a finger put up to her in the mid-flow of ordering food, by the staff taking the order. I decided to eat in and sat watching the staff, I can only assume it was the manager, red hair and skinny, who was putting on this display, slamming cups down, talking loudly about members of staff, one was hyperventilating upstairs apparently, I don't know why the workers didn't walk out , she was putting me on edge, must be awful to work there.
