Really good service, friendly staff, great selection of drinks and cakes. Daughter was after something different they came up with some good suggestions. Plenty of seating both inside and out, very comfortable, would recommend this Costa if you are nearby.

Nice enough ladies running shop but they could make a queue out of one person.. Need to work together. Place is clean and bright.

Like all their restaurants I am a big fan of the Costa Coffee brand. The coffees are always served at the right temperature ( in my opinion) and full of flavour when ordered with the syrups. The festive period is always a good time to make a visit to Costa with the festive selection of drinks being added to the menu. Only criticism is they don't sell a variety of scones. Great coffee and snacks with short queuing times even at peak periods.

Just got back from meeting a friend at Costa, Bowness, probably won't go again! Long wait being served for tea, coffee, croissant and bacon roll, despite 3 members of staff! Apparently ...till was playing up, thus we were asked 4 times for our order!!! Then they forget to bring the croissant, had to be reminded, gave us no napkins and then the almond croissant was dry and inedible! Bacon was fatty and bun just cheap. Finally, a large sun umbrella outside fell down in the wind narrowly missing a customer!! Staff had to be fetched to help! If l ran my business like this l would have gone bust years ago, time to pull your socks up Costa! Janette Dixon
