The Cock & Bull

I go often to The Cock & Bull. It's very good most of the time, although sometimes it feels overpriced and sometimes there are some dishes which are a bit disappointing. Breakfast is also very good. Staff is nice and friendly and the whole atmosphere is lovely as well.

On Sunday 17 December 2017, I got married at Haddo House, Methlick and decided I would stay at the Cock and Bull the night before and then both of us after the wedding. We had the entire place to ourselves, the service was phenomenal, the staff bent over backwards for us and provided ANYTHING we required with a quick and friendly service. The apartment and rooms were immaculate and our guests were amazed at the standard of accomodation for the price they paid. The Cock and Bull played a part on weekend and we could not be happier with our choice. Not only would we highly recommend the venue for food and accommodation, our guests would too. Stayed here 4 nights great food and very helpful staff. Food service a bit slow but only because it is freshly cooked and not the usual pub grub well worth the wait with large portion well presented .recommended

Took friends from overseas for an authentic Scottish experience and they loved it! it's a beautifully decorated inn that has a lovely buzz and super staff. Had a great meal and our guests enjoyed the whisky choice and haggis balls :)
