Story

What was once the Ythan Hotel underwent a seven hundred & fifty thousand refurbishment and redevelopment, which opened to the public on the 22nd April 2014 as the Newburgh Inn. Under the direction of the team that has made such a success of multi award winning Mains of Scotstown Inn at Bridge of Don, great food is at the heart of our Inn, focusing on great “pub food” with a few inventive surprises from our dedicated team of chefs. Local produce will play an all important part of all food, including herbs from the newly planted garden, complimented by our great selection of over 100 malt whiskies, extensive selection of spirits, 4 cask ales plus a great selection of craft & draught beers and lagers.

Our Sunday Carvery with its great value roasts has become a ‘must do’ event.

We also have 11 high quality bedrooms, all with comfortable hypnos kingsize beds, powerful en-suite showers, large flat screen TVs, free WIFI, free sky movies and more, plus all the other facilities you would expect from a 4* Inn.
