Absolutely top notch service. We couldn't have asked for more kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice with a cooked option and continental buffet. The room at the front of the hotel was spacious, clean and accomodated and extra bed for one of my children.

My friend and I have been coming here regularly for quite a while, and it used to be one of our favourite spots. The previous assistant manager was absolutely fantastic — they clearly cared about the restaurant, the staff, and the customers. The atmosphere always felt welcoming and well-run because of them. He would know us by name, if I phoned he would know our wine order and favourite table.nnunfortunately the experience just isn’t the same. Things feel a lot less organised and the overall atmosphere has changed. It doesn’t seem like the same level of care is being put into the place anymore, which is really disappointing for those of us who used to love coming here.nnI’m writing this because I genuinely hope things improve. This restaurant has so much potential and used to be a great place to visit. I’d love to see it return to the standard it had before.

Had a lovely meal there last night with a friend. Menu was very good with a special selection as well. We both selected off the specials menu and the food was lovely, Chicken curry with poppadoms and onions plus sweet and sour crispy pork with rice and even got some of the tasty onions as well

Was only in for the restaurant so cant rate the hotel. An excellent meal in a bright airy room at the back of the hotel, service was really good from all staff and the food was presented beautifully and was very tasty , I had the sausage roll and then the chilli and then the pecan pie with raspberry ice cream but honestly could have had more than 3 or 4 options of all courses as there is a good size of menu ,will definitely be back

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Dunavon Hotel in Dyce. Unfortunately, the stay fell well below expectations across several areas.nnThe room itself was very underwhelming. It felt tired, poorly maintained, and lacked the level of cleanliness and comfort you would expect. Basic standards didn’t seem to be met, and it gave the impression that very little attention is paid to upkeep.nnThe food was equally disappointing. The quality was poor, presentation was lacking, and the meals felt overpriced for what was served. The menu sounded promising, but the execution was far from it, which was frustrating and left us regretting choosing to dine there.nnCustomer service was by far the biggest let-down. Staff appeared disorganised, uninterested, and at times quite unhelpful. It felt like there was a lack of communication and consistency, which made the whole experience feel chaotic. It also gave the impression that staff turnover is very high, as there seemed to be little structure or confidence among the team.nnOverall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. There are far better options in the Dyce and Aberdeen area that provide much better value, service, and quality. Sadly, I wouldn’t return or recommend staying here based on my experience.
