Had a few takeaways recently after our regulars quality dropping. Haven't been disappointed price is right and quality is good. Fish supper for half the price of the average Aberdeen chipper you really can't go wrong Keep up the good work guys
THE WORST TAKEAWAY EVER!!! Collected our order, got home to realise it was wrong food, called them and they delivered us correct order but it was DISGUSTING! Called again to complain and was offered a credit note, I said I'd rather my money back as we will NEVER eat that garbage again! Delivery driver dropped our money off very polite lass. Absolutely disgusting!
First time of using. Place was very busy so I thought the food must be good. Ordered 1 fish supper and 1 single fish. Both pieces of fish were tiny and tasted like burnt oil. Will not use again.
Absolutely amazing food both chippy and Chinese wise. Did have a wee blip when there was a period of staff change and the order was wrong on a couple of occasions. That was during restrictions tho. Back on form now!
Stopped yesterday evening and our small order took over 45 minutes to prepare. It was our first visit and will most likely be our last, after having such a long wait; considering it wasn't overly busy. The fish and chips was ok but nothing out of the ordinary.
Terrible customer service. Food missing from £67 order - which spoiled what was meant to be an 8 year old boy's birthday treat. Very disappointed - won't be going there again
Decent and reliable. Good, friendly, and quick service. They deliver, which is a bonus. Not as expensive as other places. The food is good and the menu has plenty of options. The ribs are superb.
Poor service if you do not pre-order....need more staff to deal with passing trade as well as dealing with telephone orders......kept waiting ½hour for 3 suppers.
I wouldnt even give your takeaway 1 star if it was up to me but unfortunatly google doesnt allow that. I ordered a chicken curry and noodles my fav dish. Chicken was dry so where my noodles and i dont know who the hell cooks your food but carrot is not on the recipé for chicken curry. And my partners chicken fried rice was cold dont know why. Thats all for now thanks
Its ok, thats the best I can say. Its very expensive for what you get. The food is good enough but your money will go further with better food else where.
