The latest upgrades to the internet banking has caused concerns it was basically designed wrong and needs an update before the update. Saying that, there is the app and you can still go into a branch and talk face to face with someone! Which will be a thing of the past for future generations.

Have been with this bank for years but their new website is appalling.   Cant get to log in to view my account - how am I supposed to manage it?  Cant even get on to give them feedback about this issue.  We are in the 21st century - sort it out Coop.
