After reading these reviews I am shocked at the opinions of the tall blonde lady! She has always been very knowledgeable and understanding... especially I have noticed with some of the older generation. I suspect if you were already complaining in branch that you weren’t in the best of mind set anyway and that anything that you heard from anyone wouldn’t have been to your liking. I have never had any problems with anything I have asked for and everything has always been sorted promptly in the 15years I have banked at NatWest Huddersfield!!

Snotty notes from some woman behind the change kiosk every other day telling me I have to give her 24 hour notice for change. I think she believes her policy outranks the Natwest policy. Natwest system allows me to order change online which is a fantastic service, considering I am part of the late night economy and have no idea what change I will need 24 hours in advance. It states "Collection Details You can order change for next day collection (or for same day collection on orders made between midnight and 8am)" This particular woman thinks that does not count for her. Please Natwest, this woman needs some more customer service training (and policy training) as she is letting down an otherwise exceptional team.

I've been to this branch 3 times in total. The first time I was served by a young lady who was very pleasant. The next time I was served by a blonde hair lady, presumably the same one someone else in this thread commented on. She continued to talk to her colleagues and spoke to me like I was out of order for distracting her from her conversation which she carried on with throughout the process. The final time I had the same issue with another woman. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never before have I felt like I didn't matter to a company quite like this. The sad thing is its my bank so it's not as easy as just leaving.

A little bit of snow and it was shut - fully gritted roads/pavements, just a bit of snow scattered about as it stopped snowing yesterday. Every other bank, high street store and coffee shop was open except for Natwest! I too have had bad experiences with the staff here: standing around chatting when the queue stretches the length of the bank and being questioned/looked down on when raising an issue with a banking error. I have a feeling this closure will be down to the staff trying to get a day off, no-one else on the high-street got one, but somehow all of the Natwest staff did.

Penny on “help” desk, rude an disrespectful, most un-helpful customer service ever received. Third complaint logged with this branch is as many months for as many different issues. NatWest need to take some serious action at this branch, never known anything like it. Staff need some major customer service training. Disgrace.
