The worst experience by a manager I’ve ever received in any business. Ever. Was told in branch that I could transfer “x” amount online without a charge but wasn’t able to do anything close to the amount told. When I went into branch to sort out the issue I was told they would now have to charge me by chaps £25 if I wanted to transfer the amount by the manager. Even though the amount would have been sent for free already if the information I was given in branch was true. When I spoke to the manager she implied that I was lying about the information I’d previously received in branch. Unbelievable! I will however point out that the service by Yas was outstanding! (5* for him).

Staff always friendly and helpful even though they are always in demand for their services.

It doesnt matter which branch you go in there is always a minimum 10 minute wait. I'm 3rd stood for 10 mins so far while staff wander with computers on string round their neck who can never help. I work all over the country and every branch is the same. I wait on average 15 to 20 mins get it sorted Halifax when you have 30 mins break and it's taken up queing it's ridiculous!

The new refurb is absolutely horrible, there's still tiles sticking up, the queue is longer coz one of the till point has been removed
