It would of been nice if the Huddersfield branch would of sent all there Customers a text message or letter informing us of when it was going to be shutting and reopening to have this work done so we had time to go prior to it starting? Not everyone can drive so this is an absolute nightmare. I don't care what it looks like inside, there was nothing wrong with it, I need a bank in Huddersfield that is open 9am-5pm so I can use it and for them to have the decency to inform there Customers in advance when a long period of time work is going to be done on it, instead no notice apart from a note stuck on the bank door.
Absolutely atrocious here at Halifax. There are only three staff working here, and the systems have just gone down. I feel sorry for the staff and as usual there is no manager to show his/her face. The queue in the middle is getting longer and only one person working here in this section. Very bad! Feel sorry for the staff having to work in those conditions. KC was excellent.
Probably the most unique bank branch I've ever been in. Staff super helpful today.
Since the new refurbishment the bank has gone down the poophole. There’s less counters open only two from my frequent trips. No counters for disabled people who have to suffer in long long queues. I am currently looking to change my bank due to this problem as I am disabled I can not wait 40 minutes to get to a counter on every visit. It’s a absolute shambles.
Absolutely shocking, just had a refurb and taken more Desks out. 2 members off staff at Busy times of day had to Q for over 1hr Not impressed whoever is the branch manager Needs to give his head a shake and sort this shambles out, elderly people stood up like this for long periods of time is not On Disgusting

Always long queues when I go in now they have removed one of the customer service desks i first came to this bank because there were always a lot of staff to help you now it's gone the other way. Not happy at all.
I went to put some money into this branch on 25/01/2021 at 2 06 pm. and was met by an angry rude staff member at the door. To that woman I would like to say, we only asked if you were open. Your attitude towards us was terrible, you need more training on customer service and communication skills. it might be a good idea to take yourself of the shop floor until then. And try to be happier and grateful for your job as lots of people have nothing.
Won't bank ever staff too busy talking to each other only one counter open loads of people wating rediculs
