One of the cash machines outside keeps breaking down. However great customer service when I came in to sort out my online banking.
I have been waiting for cash back under Visa guarantee since 25th October value £25_98 all. I am getting is a text saying still working on your case 4 months 1 a month saying staff shortage, That's really funny Mark's and Spencer did a refund under Visa rules within a week. IF I don't get the refund by next Monday 11th then I will take out a county court case and when successful both easy life and HSBC will have a county court judgement against both and this will not look good amongst customers and shareholders so 1WEEK BEFORE I GO TO COURT
Amanda upstairs was great very helpful, down stairs terrible made inquiries asked to wait, then lady dealing with me started serving other people before sorting my issue ??? Walked out issue unresolved… it used to be called customer service. Not sure what it is now..??
Waited over 40 minutes to be seen and there was only 1 person in front in the queue. Seemed to be only 2 staff, 1 checking people in and 1 handling the queries. Very poor planning and management!
Its very bad bank It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I make an application to open a new bank account but unfortunately it's almost 28 days but i did not receive any updates . Yesterday i went to them and they said its under processing. They spent 28 days to open a new account. Yesterday, I immediately told them CANCELE all my application and i will go to open in another bank. I wast 28 days of my life. I do not want to wait more than 28 days. Pad service You have to wait for long time Helping customer not their first priority They just think about money This is my bad experience with them. And I don't want anyone to face the same.
I wanted to open a new account, i told the staff, she was so unprofessional and she didnt know the different type of accounts that where available, i wouldnt even call them "STAFF" they where more like KIDS from high school, gossiping in there own group rather then being helpful... didnt not expect such unprofessional behaviour and standards from HSBC.
What a great bank The manager Ms Hepworth was extremely helpful would recommend to anyone needing a bank account

Lots of machines but always a wait sometimes very long if need to speak to someone and often not enough seating while you wait
