Very very slow service. Items ordered didn't arrive, but was charged for anyway. Cleared away my son's food before he had finished. Certainly down there with the worst dining experience I have had. Update. I also received a parking ticket for using the pub carpark. There is a machine you have to input your number plate, which I did but it must have gone wrong.

Our wedding venue of choice, and what an amazing day it was. All staff were helpful leading up to the day, went above and beyond 'normal' service you would expect from a restaurant/accommodation. The food was out of this world! Every single guest commented on the food, and how perfect it was. I'm sure Gordon Ramsey wouldn't find a thing to complain about. Thanks so much for making our day so special 😀

Stayed here overnight after attending a wedding nearby - a fantastic experience! All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and the full English in the morning was just the ticket. Close to the town centre and very reasonably priced as well.
