We endeavour to provide nourishing food using seasonal and organic ingredients. Pastries are baked fresh every morning and we're passionate about coffee!

Story

We cook and bake all of our produce from raw ingredients including our sourdough breads and croissants.
We are a vegetarian cafe (offering some fish) and we also have gluten free and vegan options available daily.
Our staff are professionally trained baristas and we are proud to offer a wide selection of very high quality coffees.
Additionally, as an Arts café, we host exhibitions by local contemporary artists and have regular events inc. music, poetry, story-telling and theatre.

One of the very best cafes in Stroud. Delicious food, both hot meals and snacks. All prepared in the cafe by great cooks (chefs). Great range of healthy drinks to, my favourite is the fennel and cardamon tea. They do outside catering to which is equally delicious.

Really friendly community café with delicious home cooked food and lovely staff. Vegan snacks and cakes especially good. The vibe here is so alive you will want to visit every day of the week!!

Child (baby) friendly place, although not with a specific children's area. Maybe 'child welcoming' would be a better description. Lovely food and friendly staff. A regular visit when we're in Stroud.

Lovely friendly people and great veggie food, I booked an evening private party and they couldn't have been more helpful and easy to deal with. Plus it's a great place to meet your Stroudy friends at the bottom of town.

A nice cafe with a wonderful selection of cakes. Got incredibly busy as we left at around 11.30am. The upper seating area isn't exactly cosy, more functional. Good selection of kids books available. There is an outside toilet where you need to use a key to access it. I think everything they serve is vegetarian or even vegan if that's your thing.
