We have had a number of fat Toni’s deliveries and all have been really great. Our most recent one however was poor. The pizza was thirty minutes late, cold and hard. I called to chase delivery and I was told not to “take it out on” the delivery girl as she was new. Which just seemed an odd thing to say. The pizza arrived and it was cold, so I called and said it was cold and I wanted a refund. The woman on the phone told me that the manager would call me, then slammed the phone down. A day later and no call, so it looks like I have paid £18 for a cold pizza. The fact is they knew it was late and knew it would be cold by the time it got to me as the driver obviously got lost. Why when I called was it such a surprise? If the manager calls then I can update this review, but I’m not holding out much hope.

Two hour wait for a pizza and piss poor customer service and communication. The manager must be asleep or have his head buried in his buttocks to be doing such an appalling job. The pizzas are great though...if you can actually get them.
