Stayed here a few years ago and it was very pleasant. I arrived a little late for my reservation but was told it was no big deal. Greeted with a friendly smile each time I walked in to the reception area. They happily book you a dinner reservation for the closest pub too. Comfortable room with satellite television. Slept like a rock and a very nice shower. Definitely would use this one again if I happened to be staying in the area.

Our arrival at the reception was met with a smile and friendly receptionist. Our room was fresh & clean and even the bathroom was spotless. A welcoming little gift was also left for us as a personal touch. I can personally say that our stay here was pleasant and we are sure to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

Attempted to visit the beefeater restarant at this location at about 1900 to find that it had no tables available until 2130. I know we hadn't made a reservation but we could see empty tables and only wanted a quick bite. Went to the Market Cross carvery down the road. Good value, unlimited refills on soft drinks. Don't know if I would bother with the beefeater again.

Yeah it's alright it's a Premier Inn FFS. That being said the staff are ace, of particular note is Emma who works the bar in the evenings and this young lady is a natural in service and events. All the staff are Brill they work far more than their low pay would suggest. Come on directors pay your staffmore than your shareholders they earn you so much good will. As for the rest of the ladies working in the Beefeater restaurant o jave toention them as we have just had a chat and they are SSSSOOOOOOOOOO good. Emma's colleagues are exceptional staff and I now can present them to ya. Ruth is said to be ruthless but she is a lovely lady in my opinion, Mads is said to be mental but seems very smart, apparently Jess is juicy but I can't comment (I am a gentleman) and the lovely Sue is Saucy...... Breakfast is enjoyed with the delightful Debs or sweet Stacie and Sue is still saucy...

Clean and the bar area is great; however, the worst nights sleep I have ever had. The room faces ther main road and the windows are not sound proof so all you can hear all night is cars and motorcycles Racing past. If you stay ask for a room furthest away from the road.
