- Smelly house - Cold run down rooms - Messy common room - no wifi - dirty mouldy carpets + cheap for Luton area + friendly helpful host it could be a really nice b&b if the host wants it to, it's like he doesn't care about hygiene at all.

Absolutely disgusting. Shane is rude and swears at you. Mould everywhere including in the fridge.

not a very nice guest house at all.the house smells, there is dirt every where, i even found pubic hair lying around in the bathroom, i wouldnt stop there again even if you paid me.
