Exceptional treatment from Henry who has been looking after my dog with renal failure and a tumour in the throat. Elizabeth also showed great empathy and kindness in the declining health of Cassie. I can’t thank them enough. Finally, when Cassie was unable to eat, I was seen by Sophie who agreed with me that it was time for her to be put to sleep. Such a difficult decision but the right one for Cassie. I returned to the vets later in the day and the whole process was performed by Sophie with calmness, great compassion and professionalism. Cassie was calm too and didn’t suffer in any part of the procedure.She had a peaceful and pain free end to her life and I thank Sophie for that. I feel very fortunate to have found Cestria vets . The whole team including the receptionists were so friendly and supportive I felt it was a family concern. Thank you.
Our old boy was in for surgery on Tuesday. We knew the risks due to his age but we also knew he was in the excellent care of the amazing staff at Cestria. Could name everyone but Elizabeth was incredible and successfully performed the surgery. A massive thank you to Mel, Dan, Amelia, Jess, Ardene, Ashleigh and Amanda who were involved in his care. Also Marie and Susan on Reception who kept us calm. We have our boy Miles back and are eternally grateful.
Henry without a doubt is the best bet I’ve ever been to and is so knowledgeable and genuine in getting the best care. I fully trust him for my 5 pooches. Marie is also the kindest receptionist and has a lovely manner with customers and pets.
Brilliant service. First contact booking appointment friendly and helpful. Caring and friendly Sophie who called to say op completed and Jasper doing well. Pick up, lovely nurse explained everything, meds, food, exercise. Definitely recommend
This is the best vets I have ever been to, they’re so caring with my animals! No matter how big or small! My Great Dane had cancer and they were amazing with her throughout her chemo treatment
Fantastic team and practice. Super friendly and helpful. Elizabeth, Rasa the reception team and vet nurses have looked after my two Labradors extremely well recently. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with them
Managed to secure an appointment at short notice for my dog and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Brief consultation and treatment was £14 which I felt was good value. Would be happy to take Harvey there again.
Brilliant vets now wouldn’t trust another vet with my babies. Was recommended by friend so took my English bulldog & Boxer to see Henry and his brilliant with both of them. Staff are very kind, helpful and lovely they have a dog waiting area and a cat area which I think it’s brilliant

Took our dog hear last week, they couldn't of been more helpful the vet in particular was very good ,got him booked in for operation in 2 weeks, many thanks
