The service was accessible, I was seen within an hour of contacting the vets. However when there the consultation felt rushed and lacking in true care.nnThe vet may be experienced in the processes however he seemed to want to be quick with the £300 consultation.nnI pointed out a small cut on my cats body and asked if it was a problem - he answered no. No advice or aftercare was given.nnA week on I had to take my cat to our own vet’s again and found a severely infected wouldn’t that u had originally shown the emergency vet.nnI believe if proper advice and time taken in the consultation this could have been avoided.nnMy own vet advised that wound care could have been discussed and how to identify this. Dressings provided and antibiotics.nnOverall the consultation was rushed and haphazard.

Attended the vets as an emergency on Sunday following my dog having 3x seizures within 12 hours.nThe vet was kind and compassionate, explained options for treatment and provided additional medication.nnThe building itself is clean and comfortable, the reception staff are wonderful and show compassion and care.nnBe warned that that floor is stupidly slippery, the reception provided a blanket for my dog as she was unable to stand up or walk unaided due to the flooring.nThis did cause a little distress to my dog.

HinThe service was amazing and the help for my dog was outstanding in an emergency.nThe only thing I would say is the price for it  was way overpriced just for her to be seen £302 when I could not afford it,nto be seen should be the same price when you make an appointment , the vets should all be open longer than half day on Saturday.nas when you book in around £80 so the rest could of been more affordable for her treatment .

Thank goodness for this place …. My chihuahuas eye prolapsed on Sunday and rang for an emergency appointment we were straight in within half an hour our vet was called Conrad and was fantastic to say the least he explained everything and the procedure and I felt relieved and safe to leave my dog in his hands ,the girls on the desk and nurses were lovely ..the only downfall was it was expensive and had to be paid then and there luckily I have savings . Get insurance for your pet don’t be an idiot like myself …but still a 10 out of 10 for me and thank you x

I had to contact these beautiful humans out of hours Monday morning, I was an absolute mess on the phone because I was so scared. They were amazing!!! The lady who took my call was there when I walked in. She's a beautiful soul, and I only wish I wasn't such a mess so I could thank her for grounding me, and even giving me information about my other pet. The doctor I saw was the best I have ever seen and she really listened and offered so much advice. I'm sure I kept her too long but she never wavered. She genuinely cared about my feelings as much as my dog's health. I didn't feel rushed and she answered all and more. I just wish I could have them at my local vets. I'd very highly recommend these to everyone. They are absolute angels. I hope they see this and know what a difference they made to a very scared mamma. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.
