Took my kittens to Simply Cats for a 6-month review. It was their 1st visit to Simply Cats as I have transferred from another vets practice. I was really impressed about the lovely feedback I had from the vet Lucy who rang and chatted with me for around 20mins or so.. she answered my questions and showed genuine interest in the health and well-being of both my kittens. I would definately recommend Simply Cats!

I wish to say that today I visited with my mums two cats we have just moved to the area. We have never felt this kinda relaxed friendly environment at a vets before today. The whole team are amazing from the moment we came to book the appointment a week ago. Today you  was so welcoming to us we have a few issues but you helped us through them you made us feel at ease. Mum said you looked after the cats with such love and told dad who is so unwell at the moment about it and he was glad to hear this when we got home. Would defo recommend you to anyone local Again thank you

I feel so lucky to of found such a lovely vet clinic for my Ellie. At Simply Cats they have a genuine care to look after your cat. Our Ellie has recently had some respiratory distress, along with a mini stroke due to a clot and later discovered she also had fluid in and around her lungs. She is now on meds to help manage and control. I just want to say a massive thank you to Simply Cats, especially Michelle who did everything she could to save Ellie. It’s so upsetting to learn that many cats like Ellie are put down once it’s discovered they have fluid in or around their lungs but it can be managed and controlled. I’m forever grateful to Michelle and everyone else at Simply Cats who helped save Ellie.

We’ve been going to Simply cats for many years and quite simply they’re the best practice in the area. As our cats have aged and developed some problems along the way, the staff of Simply cats have cared for each of them as if their own… Always friendly and caring, receptionists are amazing and have a genuine interest in each patient. We are so very lucky to have this wonderful facility in our area. Like having a veterinary family near by.

My name is Jerry, I felt poorly so went to SimplyCats…. Everyone was so nice and kind I’m going back to see them all on Tuesday….  My Jerry is 18 years old, my little solider….he was looked after so well, and everywhere was so clean….We have to go back to see how his treatment has gone, fingers crossed all will be well….. Thank you ladies….

I use SimplyCats for my own cats and for a lot of the rescue cats at Consett Cat Rescue. I feel the cats get the very best treatment and I am more than happy with the care and attention they receive. The head vet and head receptionist are particularly helpful and always provide me with the best possible service.

I took my cat Charly in thinking he was epileptic after a distressing weekend I took him back as he was no better fully expecting to return home alone Michelle asked me to leave him there as she was not prepared to just give up on him as it looked as though he had had a stroke After treatments and several return visits I could not believe the results He is just as good as he ever was from not being able to stand properly and staggering all over the place he has gone back to his normal, swaggering, I'm the boss stroll out of the garden and out on patrol Absolutely magnificent treatment The moral is don't give up ,give the moggie a chance

What lovely people as soon as i took our Mitzi to get spayed, i knew that she was in good hands. When i went back for her, i was giving a pain killer for her to take for 5 days. When i took my other cat to get spayed with another vet, i didn't get any pain killer for her and also i didn't get a follow-up appointment to see how she was going. I recommend Simply catscats everyone who has a cat

I have used SimplyCats for some years and always found the care top rate. I had to cancel a recent appointment as I could not catch the cat to get him into the basket. The calm re assurance I was given over the phone helped calm me down and gave me some pointers of what to do over the coming weeks.
