Always had a great experience when using Westway. Not always the best memories which is unfortunately part of the parcel with pets and vets but they have always dealt with my pets needs in a timely and professional manner. Even been a shoulder to cry on in the past which is above on beyond the service they’re paid to provide. Wouldn’t use anywhere else for this reason. I have full confidence that my pets are in safe and caring hands here.
I'm happy with Westway as a whole, I enjoy knowing there are branches around so I'm never 'stuck. But unfortunately Sunderland Westway is shocking. Rarely answer the phone, shutters are down on days and times when they are supposedly open, and don't ring you back when they say they will ring you back. Just overall a really poor reflection on the westway brand, unfortunately.
A really friendly, accessible, professional environment veterinary practise. I chose them as the dog I adopted had already been registered there so decided to stay for a few months to see if I was happy and I am so pleased I didn’t change. My local branch make you feel so at home and have so much patience for any questions or concerns you have. The surgery branch in Houghton were the same where my dog was spayed and the recovery was fantastic and I felt very prepared.
The staff are so friendly and helpful Toast does not hate her vet visits at all!
You're getting absolute pelters on trustpilot and it's concerning me as I am registered with your vets. Some of the comments about your company and the treatment of your customers pets, and complaints of charging far too much is putting me off. You're also not replying to any of these concerns either, that's also worrying. Judging by those comments on trustpilot, I'm surprised you have any customers.
Good water park it's fun for both young adult and children I think they can make it better by having more slides and expanding the park as right now entry to the park £10 something for adults I don't think it's worth 1£10 as the park is making too much profit by also over charging people for food. Also i think it's better if they have student discounts like they use too and if lockes are not £2 as some times there are large families going. It's good how you get a £1 back but it was so much better when you did not need to pay for locker also they need more changing room as at during opening and closing times the is a few minutes waiting fine for the changing rooms. This park will be so much better if you did not need to collect The float. It will be better when you go on the ride the float was giving to you
Excellent Vets very supportive and helpful with your concerns about your beloved pet and highly recommend them for their care always go that extra mile been with practice a long time.
Anna and the staff at Westway Sunderland have always taken good care of my pets, but their true dedication showed when my cat became deathly ill and needed an immediate surgical procedure. Anna was amazing with her prompt response. Ripley died before he could make it into surgery, but it wasn't for the lack of trying on the part of Anna and others. I am truly grateful for their efforts.
Staff friendly and welcoming. Explained the treatment and costs. No pressure to book the treatment in straight away. Very happy with my visit.
Best vets I have ever been too. They are kind,caring and very patient. Would definitely recommend
