the flats themselves are just fine, close to uni and were very clean when moving in, however the staff looking after them are lazy, incompetent and all around terrible. after being burgled, the security did not seem to care and failed to review the CCTV footage or give me any information. if you move into cavendish, keep your stuff in your room.
Awful accomodation. The staff do not wear facemasks, when confronted about this they are rude and snarky in their responses. The heating pretty much doesnt work so good luck if youre trying to dry your clothes. Staff have verbally abused students that have been throwing up in the corridors. The hot water is sometimes on....sometimes. The staff come in and our of flats without ppe. Bedrooms are okay, but make sure you bring a coat to sleep in.
Nice Hall of Residence in a serene environment
You will never get any sleep. Don't bother.
