I've always received great products and service from this shop. Items always sent to NZ promptly via DHL. Been coming back again and again for a number of years now!

Used to love this e-shop for their selection of clothes and brand (The very very best) but since they switched carrier (Fedex to DHL which is a nightmare here in Paris for delivery) I won"t buy anything more from them - Their beautiful stamped packets are gonna be sorely missed

I bought a VISVIM Backpack, 2 zippers are broken after several weeks. VISVIM wrote me to contact the store where i ordered the backpack. I did that at thebureau. the first mails with thebureau gave me the impression it happened something. After a year of waiting nothing happens and the conatct was canceled by thebureau, perhaps because I became impatient. very poor service in that case. I stopped ordering from this website.

A fine collection of tasteful garments and very rapid delivery. Attention to detail is on point too. I couldn't recommend more highly.
