My elderly mother is a regular customer. I have just had a disturbing phone call from her regarding the lack of customer service today. She suffers from bad arthritis and asked the check out girl to assist her with packing her shopping. The girl refused stating she had just returned to work following an accident! My mother then asked was there another member of staff who could help and she was told no! She would have to pack her own groceries! It was only when another kind hearted customer offered her help that she was able to proceed as she was going to leave her items at the checkout. Shame on you Tesco! Every little helps! Indeed only if the staff are willing.!
The Store is well laid out with spacious aisles. Large range of food and household goods available at good value. Staff are exceptional and very helpful with delivering good customer service and directing you to the items you’re looking for - in most cases taking you directly to the shelf where the item you’re looking for is packed out!
So I’ve visited on many occasions as it’s local to me. It’s not the best for stock. Regularly there is no stock on the shelves of what I want/need. Not much selection. Cafes ok but like everything now it’s expensive. But this is the weird one for me. Upon walking into the store I found an ankle bracelet. When I entered the store there was a small bald guy who worked there glaring at me. I handed the bracelet informed I’d found it outside. Grunted at me. Then he spoke to a colleague who started staring at me. Then to top it off the bald moody guy followed me around the store. I’ve been back since but it made me feel uncomfortable. I’ll be going back to complain as I’ve noticed someone else has the same treatment. Odd but that’s the world today.
Called in mid day sunday. Have not been to tesco in years. My main shop lisburn raod in early 2002. Lots off great prices but only for clubcard members. Not really highlighted, very small print. Shoped for 15 minutes, qued for 30 minutes. Did watch 5 staff chat beside 2 check out tills. Noticed prices very high, recite said you could have saved 23% off your bill. YOU JUST LOST 100% FUTURE SALES. will never be back. Terrible shop
I see a new comment about member of staff who just stands and stares at them making them uncomfortable i actually found that hillarous because i was writting a similar review everytime im in this store this guy will stand and glare at me while im at the checkout even the other staff notice because they will glance over at him very annoying when your minding your own buisness trying to shop and somebody is standing glaring at you for id say 5 10 minutes dont know wether he realises it or not but its rude to stare
