I went in the shop this morning to looking for some details of iPhone X, I told one of the service guy what I am looking for. He just started to remind me that I have to stay in this country for how long, and he needs to see my passport or driving license and so on .... ...  I am so confused why he asked me those questions straight away, Ah, I understand that I am a Chinese looking British citizen!!! What kind of racist people Apple employed in the flagship shop in Northern Ireland. Shame on this guy!! It’s a shame that this kind of narrow minded, under-educated people works at the front of Apple shop!!

Decent Apple Store. Very small compared to other ones I've been to. Hopefully there will be an Apple Store in Republic of Ireland at some point as well. 🍎

I visited the shop on 21 Dec., hoping for some advice before making final buying decision. While I could see that most members of staff were very helpful and busy with customers, I almost needed to force my way to even be able to look at their laptop display. One of their advisors, who was having clearly non-work related chat, with what must have been one of his mates, was blocking the access to almost all the laptops, did not move an inch when I tried to look at one of them. Totally ignorant. After 10 minutes of pretty much hanging around the shop waiting for one of other advisors to be free, while he was still chatting away, I approached the guy saying 'sorry, can I ask you a question?'. The look on his face - priceless -  as if to say: how dare you to interrupt my conversation. I felt unwelcome and completely ignored. Sorry guys, but it looks like you should be more selective as far as members of your staff are concerned, especially during such a busy period as Christmas. This was my first, and hopefully the last visit to this store. I will now rely on reviews of fellow Apple buyers, for this and all future Apple purchases, and buy online.

Great service as always but I'm less inclined to buy apple products these days as Google just does everything better
