Loved my first time trip to IKEA, Belfast. Prices are affordable comparing to Amazon UK. There are wide range of products available. Best place to visit if you need to redesign or redecorate your home. One stop shop for all your house needs. Furniture and everything are set and arranged seasonally.

Good shopping experience and place to pick up ideas. Great designs and easy to build furniture. Lunch in the restaurant great value and fantastic views of Belfsst Cruise terminal and airport. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Your one stop shop for nearly all of your home needs. Really large store and can be tricky to find what you want but once you follow the lighted arrows, you won’t be lost! Also staff along the way to assist you with queries.

It is what it is. A time machine go in one end come out the other a day later. Cheap flat pack furniture perfect for any first time buyer, student digs, or even a family home.

I love IKEA and the show room etc is great. With regard to the hot dogs, on the last 2 occasions staff have not been using tongs or wearing gloves when handling the rolls for the hot dogs. They have also been dry and hard. It really has put me off getting them. Please train your staff on handling food. The strawberry vegan ice cream is lovely.

Great place to do shopping, well thought out department and the follow the arrow system is good.

I ordered quite a few large furniture items online for my new home. They've split my order into 2 different days, and I cant get it changed no matter what. Also, I cant seem to book assembly of my items online? Customer service is non existent as you cannot get through on the phone to talk to anyone. Super Super frustrated. Better to avoid and shop local with local companies. Web looks great but doesn't deliver where it counts - customer service.

Always love a trip to IKEA, just wish they had far more parent and child parking spaces. There are really not enough, I’ve only ever been able to get a space once. I always end up having to park in a normal space where I don’t have enough room to get my baby out of her car seat and into her pram.

When i went to ikea to get breakfast with my family my daughter left her retainer in a tissue somewhere, we left before realising. When we came back we asked around for any help or advice we could get, and we did get the help we needed. The lady at the desk as soon as you enter was a big help, we went in and she was so helpful and kind, determined to find it as soon as we told her the price we would have to pay if we didn’t find them. We waited for a while unsure if we would get it back, but we got it back. Scott came out with the retainer in wrapped in a tissue about 10 minutes later, they were both so kind and you could tell they really wanted to help. Thank you Scott! Hopefully this review will be benefitial to both of the kind people that helped us.

Really closed to bus stop, similar to other ikea, nice food
