Shop very untidy compared to standards in other Dunelm shops. Rude staff in the cafe refused to give us a kids menu, then when I asked for beans and toast which my daughter normally gets as a kids meal, I was told its not part of the kids menu somehow?. Decided to leave the store after the rude service.

I shop dunelm for all of our glamping business bedding towels furnishing etc, which gets renewed contantly. New bedding bought every month for multiple glamping huts.nWe ourselves moved house and again bought everything from Dunelm. I ordered 4 sets of the same curtain, instead of 2, not noticing when ordered as id spent a fortune. When it came round to opening parcel the 28 day return policy was up.nI went to store expecting to exchange the items of £110, to be told blankly no. I explained the situation to the manager. Met with NO!nnI rang customer service and the lady told me it was up to the manager of the store if she would accept the exchange.nnIl be taking my custom else where.nnShop is a mess also, stuff every where. The Manager not doing very well managing the store, she came from out back, prob sitting drinking coffee the whole shift.

It was messy and untidy in 70% of the store, clutter, cardboard, cages, boxes of stock everywhere with the exception of the curtains department. I did ask a member of staff for a price and he was rude and fobbed me off which I thought was very poor service.

A busy store but plenty on show. A good array of bathroom and kitchen accessories. Bargain found - a lively grey mirror from 90 quid reduced to 27.50.

Left our trolley to the side while we had a coffee and one of the staff nabbed it to use for moving stock. When we said she just shrugged and said there are always trolleys lying about. Mum is disabled and uses a trolley to lean on. No offer to go get her another one. Disabled toilets were in badly in need of a clean.
