Never again. I ordered click and collect. They give you 7 days to collect but recieved an email day 6 to say pick it up but the end of the day or loose it. I rang the store 14 timesno answer to see if they could hold it until the next day I had just finished a night shift in the hospital and the store is 30 miles away tiredness and driving are not a good mix plus I had arranged to go the next day I contacted the chat service and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do at all the service was blunt and didnt listen I panicked and went to the store about 7.30pm shop closed at 9pm I got to the till only 1 person in front the girl went off to get my order, she came back 10 minute later with only part of my order, she explained the rest was upstairs somewhere. A further 15 minutes later she came back with another part of my order but not it all she then went off again taking another 5 minutes. While she was away I found a large black mark on a white sheet. This was then refunded taking another 5 minutes. The girl was lovely, but, 35 minutes for a click and collect is ridiculous. Along with everything else I won't be using this service again. Pity! the bedding was nice and very reasonable.
The shop looks like a teenage boys bedroom, a complete mess. Everything thrown together, with barely any room to walk comfortably and then you have to exit through the til route if you haven't bought anything. I had to laugh at how bad it was, couldn't believe it lol
Came out with something I didn't go in for, so glad I went in .We had coffee and a cake it was delicious and the young girl who served us was so lovely .Will be back even for the cafe alone .
Not a very organised store.. business must have been good as products had sold out. Good to see! Next time maybe....
Starting to turn into a bit of a thrown together store. Perhaps there’s been staff cut backs since The Range opened. It used to be the home store to go to but not now. Queues at tills and then you have to fight your way through the till route to get out when you’re not buying anything. Didn’t go to the cafe or the toilets but they were never great before anyway. Parking is ok but make sure you don’t go over the white lines or you’ll end up getting a parking ticket.
Beautiful selection of curtains, bedding, fabrics and homewares. Really great quality and a fantastic amount of options and colours.
Not the cheapest place to shop Certainly nothing like IKEA but at least there you're happy to pay the prices Bathrooms were a disgrace, gents were out of order, had to use the disabled, they hadn't been cleaned in a long time I won't be back!!!
Lots of lovely Christmas blankets. Christmas decorations. We had time for tea , scone with cream and jam.
Found within the Boucher road there are a few shops within the vicinity of Dunelm. The main shop itself has a great layout and plenty of variety and great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely return
Just for tea and ...luvd it.. very pretty place. Difficult finding what you want when you didn't know what you were looking for in the first place ..close to circus and cat shop across the road...
