Great staff with fantastic books, including exclusive editions. Very helpful if you're looking for a particular book. It's also an extremely well presented shop with children story times on Saturdays a huge bonus The coffee shop upstairs is also delicious with great prices, and yet again, amazing staff. I wish I could give it more stars. One only minor gripe is the upstairs during the summer. It's like a sauna and should be avoided if sensitive to heat.

We were in Belfast today and we were amazed at the crowd in Waterstones. It was great to see that books are still popular. We wanted a book for our grandson that was in the window and had been signed by the author. It was duly retrieved for us. What great customer service and with a smile too. Another girl got another book for us as well. Well done Waterstones for going above and beyond at a very busy time.

As usual the staff are really helpful. Was looking for Christmas gift on subject I'm unfamiliar with, so really appreciated the help. Lovely ambience and the smell of coffee from the cafe fills the first floor, great combination.  Had coffee there on a previous visit, really good.

I love book shops I love books but Waterstones always feels like they only want you to love a very narrow definition of bookshop with a narrow selection of books. That said there are plenty of minority interest book if a few minorities. If you like that sort of thing. Water Stones would be my last resort for a book I am looking for.

I haven't been in town in about a year, I was not enjoying the experience at all. But Waterstones is a great bookshop & a very welcome distraction from everything else going on. I will definitely be back if I have to go into town again.

There is nothing quite like wandering around this book shop.  Waterstones offers a world of books to browse through.  You can relax with a cup of coffee too if you wish in the midst of it all.

Ciara tall blonde was an amazing help for me today she seemed a bit rushed off her feet however she took the time to get me the book I wanted and answered all of my questions. Another amazing staff member was Hannah she had a lot of patience for me and answered my questions about the rewards card. Thank you both! The staff at Waterstones Belfast where amazing once again, thank yous all.

A place to enrich your imagination.  I always get something out from this 6 level bookshop.

So in to collect the new signed Richard Osman "The Bullet That Missed' which I'd ordered. Collected and paid £3 off the website price and then noticed it was "just" the Waterstones exclusive edition.  Easy mistake to make as the only noticeable difference between the editions is a black sticker on the front.  Correct version found within 5 minutes and the staff polite throughout. Good learning experience for all.

Great to enjoy a coffee along with browsing through the great range of books. Grandchildren also enjoyed the ample supply of soft toys for sale.
