I visited the Cornmarket store on Wednesday 4 Jan and was very impressed with the customer service. It was during lunch time and Rachel was the only assistant present. Although there were other customers present who were looking for her attention she was so helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions about the products, she was really very tuned in offering/suggesting alternatives which led to both my daughter and I making purchases - we only went in to browse. At checkout she was so pleasant and nothing was a problem to her. Well done Rachel, I did tell her how nice she was ... the store is very lucky to have an asset like Rachel. Very impressed ☺

Visited this store today for the first time and was delighted not only with the products i purchased but also with the service, the young assistant was very pleasant and took the time to show me the products and answer all my questions ,i highly recommend this store and thank you Nathalie for your help.
