I want to say a big "Thank you"  to Rose, Linea counter. She went out of her way to help me buy a purse 
for my niece. 
She wrapped it beautifully and advised that it would be a great  present for my niece's age bracket.
Rose was so right about that. My niece just loved it.

Well laid out ...store immaculate...and wonderful staff...on all floors.....apleasure to shop in HOF.....

Multiple things put me off buying anything with HOF again.
- Bought a gift - upon opening we realized the security tag was not removed. Had to go back in and let it remove while I've been told "ah, it happens all the time" multiple times. It does happen, but it added to the experience.
- Ordered a dress online, should be delivered  to the store. Came in only to find out that it never arrived and been told it will "probably there tomorrow and I should have gotten an Email". The people at the click and collect counter were nice and genuinely sorry about it, but I am upset about not receiving an email, especially when the item was paid in advance. 
- Got a hat for 20 pounds only to find out that every time I wear it there is thread moving out of some side. 

All over the people working there are mostly nice and helpful,  except for some that seem to think it's ok to look through people like through thin air.

well laid out. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. I went to the benefit counter and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Also very skilled makeup artists.
