We came for dinner for our last evening here in Hayle. A short walk from Riviere Sands Haven site. Food was fair quality and the cleanliness of the women’s toilets and the inside restaurant was good. There is outdoor seating too. My favourite part of the evening was the views! Absolutely stunning!! We saw the sunsetting which was honestly breathtaking!
Rung up and reserved a table as we wanted the sunset with our meal and we weren't disappointed. It was a bit busy and the food came after about 40 mins or so. The drinks were reasonably priced and when the food came it was hot and of a decent amount. I had the rack of ribs and they were lovely. The sunset was great to and a great place to finish off a day either on the beach, touring or relaxing.
On site hostelry. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food and service is wonderful. If you're looking for posh nosh, go somewhere else! but good honest tasty food at a reasonable price and a family oriented atmosphere...you've found a hidden Vegetarian options: I didn't actually have any but they are available Kid-friendliness: Ankle biters welcome children Parking: There's free parking and paid parking. But if you're actually on site you're better off walking because parking is at a premium in season Wheelchair accessibility: A bit steep to get into, but otherwise accessible
If you stay at Haven Riviere Sands this is the only place you can walk to for a pub meal. The food was OK, drinks were a little bit above average for the area, but the views over the beach were spectacular.
Great location and found the staff really nice. Do a decent Guiness. Had Malaysian noodles which were class. Went back twice to eat them again but didn't because it was too cold and dogs are not allowed inside. Which is a shame. Should review that.
Absolutely beautiful views from the pub, long wait for food but it does get extremely busy, food was delicious though, friendly staff. Parking: Parking charges but you get it back at the bar
the food was good, not spectacular but nothing to be critical about. it was a pretty average dining experience, it’s quite convenient though as it’s really close to the beach. would recommend if stopping by the coast and want something to eatRecommended dishesSteak and Chips
It's a great location on the coast, with a nice big menu to choose from. Its a pay and display car park, but you can get your money back if you spend £10 at the bar. Just tear off the bit on your parking ticket. The staff here are over worked, with lots of customers from the caravan parks. I could see the sweat dripping off them. Service was quite quick, along que at the bar. But it's the small things like no tea spoon for my tea or sugar. I ask a member if staff who gives me brown sugar and a massive latte spoon for my tea. It's better than nothing, but employ more staff. Clear more tables and have menus ready for customers. I felt sorry for the staff.
Ultimate Burger & Rattler cider - Couldn't ask for more. Food tasted as good as it looked & the service was brilliant. They have a table service App too, but we didn't use it.
Mussels was very good. Burgers was amazing. Squid was burn it and kids fish fingers was the Iceland one.
