The best way to start 2023! We arrived here after a cold winters walk along the coast. We got a lovely warm welcome and they accepted our dogs to which was a bonus. After our delicious carvarys we all felt fulfilled with food but also kindness. We wish we had room for dessert. We will come back when we visit Cornwall again!
Lovely staff, great menu. Good range of gins, and other drinks available. Jazz on 1st and 3rd Sunday. Would definitely come back..Service: 4/5

If you're in the area then a visit here is highly recommended, the pies are made onsite and are unbeaten in their excellence. The welcome you get is fantastic, a very good evening was spent here, will return again.Rooms: 4/5

We love it here, great food, great owners. Always very welcoming and attentive. Can't wait to pop back for Chinese New year.
New play equipment is brilliant! We live in Hayle so popped up to check it out on a spur of the moment decision to go out for a family meal. Our two boys 6&4, gave it a good testing and really enjoyed themselves. Think this is one of the only pubs in the area with such facilities. The food was great, served hot and in big portions. Our dog was provided with a water bowl and nothing was too much to ask. We sat outside, the waitress appeared to be relatively new, she forgot the cutlery and gravy but was flawlessly polite and apologetic and bought it all out in seconds. Really not much of a complaint. We’ve all been new at a job once! Great meal at a great local pub. Will definitely be back!
