My first visit/stay... I often stay away when working and I am very delighted to give absolutely excellent feedback about The Barn! It is very clean, hospitality is excellent.. The facilities are up to date and very clean. I often have to change rooms when staying in other hotels... Due to the poor standards and no attention to detail.... Not this time 😀. I will be recommending this place to all my work colleagues should they be in the area. I nipped in to their village store and again the young lady serving was polite, friendly and could not do enough to help you...it takes a lot to impress me especially around cleanliness and manners, this guest house tops the leader board. Thank you for a wonderful stay x😊x

I got to The Barn really late (11pm) but Kevin was keeping an eye out for me and guided me into the driveway. He and Faye were really welcoming despite my inconveniencing them. They offered me a pot of tea and some cake which I happily accepted. The room had a really high bed, huge pillows and a wonderful duvet. The bedroom and its associated bathroom were immaculate. They provide a lot (A LOT) of locally or homemade produce including biscuits! Breakfast was cooked to order again using local produce. A fantastic place to stay at a very good price.

This is reasonable and worth staying B & B, if you travel by car.
The room is so clean and well equipped. There are 6 usable eleic power source, 4 USB power source even air-conditioned! The owner is very friendly too. You should think staying here.

Fantastic little B&B. The owners are very friendly and open to requests. I asked for a late checkout which they were happy to provide and they even moved breakfast to accomodate.

I was in the small room which was plenty for my needs. Along with the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, there was caramel fudge, home made biscuits and even hot chocolate. The bathroom is a wetroom but mats are provided and can be put down after a shower. 

Plenty of selection for breakfast including hot options and a full yorkshire breakfast.

Would definately recommend to anyone staying in the area.
